Power Quality Improvement using a New DPC Switching Table for a Three-Phase SAPF

This research focuses on the analysis and design of robust direct power control (DPC) for a shunt active filter (SAPF). The study proposes novel switching table based an impact inverter vectors derivatives instantaneous reactive powers. goal is to reduce number commutations by eliminating null while maintaining desired DC-bus voltage using PI regulator-based anti windup technique. Additionally, PLL structure-based band pass multivariate (BPMVF) utilized enhance network voltage. demonstrates effectiveness suggested through extensive simulation results, showing high performance in both transient steady-state conditions. proposed approach offers advantages sinusoidal current, unitary factor, eliminates need current regulators coordinate transformations or PWM generators. Further directions could explore practical implementation real-world this technique systems.
